Tony Roselli, Partner, CPA

Tony is the Firm's Partner in Charge of Client Services and Development.
He is a graduate of Bentley College. While at Bentley College, Tony was heavily recruited by numerous accounting firms and after careful consideration chose to work for Deloitte and Touche, which, at the time, was one of the six largest accounting firms in the world. In 1988, Tony co-founded Tucci and Roselli, the predecessor firm to Roselli, Clark & Associates.
Tony has provided services to the municipal sector for over 25 years. Over this time, he has been involved in over 500 audits for approximately 50 different municipal entities in Massachusetts. Tony has significant experience assisting municipalities in the development of adequate internal control policies and procedures as well as providing much valued advice in revenue enhancement and operational efficiency. He has acted as liaison to the Department of Revenue’s Bureau of Accounts for numerous communities and assisted many of his clients in the implementation of various GASB pronouncements.
Tony’s success within the profession is a direct result of his commitment to quality and professional service. He sees his clients as business partners and continually strives to achieve and exceed his clients’ expectations.
Tony has been licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1988.

Chad Clark, Partner, CPA

Chad is the firm's Partner in Charge of Governmental Audit and Common Interest Realty Association Services.
Chad graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Castleton State College in Vermont. He furthered his education by receiving a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. Chad joined the firm in 1996. In 2005, after approximately a decade of dedicated commitment, loyalty, and quality service he was promoted to Partner.
Besides being lead auditor on many of the firm’s municipal clients, Chad is also the firm’s Single Audit specialist. To that end he has been involved in over 100 Single Audits for over 20 different communities in the past 15 years.
Chad also oversees the firm’s Common Interest Realty Association Accounting division and has performed services for over 200 individual condominium and homeowner associations throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.
Chad has been licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2000.
