Paul Gargano, Manager, CPA

Paul is the firm's Director of Governmental Audit.
Paul received his undergraduate degree in industrial management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and received a Certificate in Advanced Accounting from Northeastern University.
Paul spent the majority of 1996 to 2004 employed by Powers and Sullivan, CPAs and then Sullivan and Rogers CPAs. Both firms practice almost exclusively in the municipal audit and accounting sector. During this period, Paul was involved in the audits of over 30 municipal entities. This included financial statement audits, Single Audits, Agreed Upon Procedures of School End-of Year financial Report(s), and Student Activities.
From 2004 to 2009, Paul was the Town Accountant for the Town of Canton and acted as Single Audit consultant for Roselli, Clark & Associates. His involvement with Canton included the preparation of the Town’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The submission of this report to the Government Finance Officer’s Association resulted in the Town being awarded the Certificate of Achievement For Excellence in Financial Reporting every year from 2006 to 2009.
Paul joined the firm in 2009 as the firm's Director of Governmental Audit. Since joining the firm, Paul has been involved in the audits of approximately 20 different municipal entities, including overseeing the firms agreed upon procedure projects for School End-of Year financial Report(s) and Single Audits.
Paul has been licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2000.

Terenzio Volpicelli, Manager, CPA

Terenzio is the firm's Director of Quality Control.
Terenzio, a graduate of Bryant University, has approximately 15 years of combined public and private sector accounting experience. Terenzio has extensive public accounting experience in governmental sectors as well as in the construction, financial services, manufacturing and software industries.
Previous to becoming a valuable leader in our audit and assurance practice, Terenzio served as a public accountant at both Deloitte & Touche, a multi-international accounting firm and Stowe & Degon, a regional CPA firm. He is also an experienced controller having served as a corporate controller for private and publicly-held corporations with annual revenues ranging from $70 million to $1.2 billion.
Terenzio has taught training classes in the areas of internal controls, application of the COSO internal control framework to medium sized enterprises, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and business ethics. He has extensive experience in the area of SEC reporting and has been engaged by publicly-held corporations to enhance their external reporting capabilities.
Since joining Roselli, Clark & Associates, Terenzio has been involved in the audits of approximately 20 different municipal entities. His service has included a strong emphasis on financial reporting as well as procedures related to the Single Audit Act, and Student Activities. His previous internal control experience has proven invaluable in applying Yellow Book procedures during these audits as well as identifying process improvements welcomed by our clients. In 2009, Terenzio was promoted to become the firm's Director of Quality Control.
Terenzio has been licensed to practice by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1999.
Terenzio is an officer and active member of the Massachusetts Freemasons and enjoys playing golf and basketball in his spare time.
