Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs to attend the MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show

NOVEMBER 29, 2011 - Roselli, Clark and Associates CPAs (the firm) has signed to be an exhibitor at the Massachusetts Municipal Association’s 2011 Annual Meeting and Trade Show being held January 20-21, 2012 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts.  This will be the firm’s third year exhibiting at the event and will be located at Booth 607.

“This event has proven to be a great networking opportunity for our firm.  Not only have we enjoyed the great opportunity to meet and talk personally with many local municipal officials, we have also met many vendors who we feel can provide valuable services to our clients”, stated Mr. Chad Clark, Partner.  "It is a unique event that our firm is pleased to continue being involved with, and we hope that people will stop by chat with us”.

Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs announces multiple municipal audit contracts for 2011

OCTOBER 1, 2011 - Roselli, Clark and Associates CPAs (the firm) is pleased to announce they have been awarded four new audit service contracts starting with the 2011 fiscal year.  The towns of Orleans, Upton, and Conway along with the Old Colony School Regional School District have selected the firm as a result of their RFP processes.  With the awarding of these contracts, the firm has been able to double its client base in just five years, while continuing to consistently maintain its high level of client service.

Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs to attend the CAI-NE Annual Condo Conference & Expo

JULY 22, 2011 - Roselli, Clark and Associates CPAs (the firm) has signed to be an exhibitor at the Community Associations Institute – New England Chapter’s 2011 Annual Condo Conference & Expo to be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, Massachusetts.  This will be the firm’s first time exhibiting at the event and will be located at Booth 40.

“We look forward to broadening our involvement with the greater community of condominium and homeowner associations” stated Mr. Chad Clark, Partner.  "It should be a wonderful opportunity to meet face to face with some of our client board members, introduce others to our services, and interact with other vendors who are active in servicing area community associations”.

Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs announces chairman appointment for partner

APRIL 1, 2011 - Roselli, Clark and Associates CPAs (the firm) is pleased to announce that Mr. Chad Clark, Partner, has been selected by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) Government Accounting and Auditing Committee to serve as its chairman for the next two years.  The focus of the committee is to promote a high level of communication amongst the CPA firms performing municipal government services, Commonwealth of Massachusetts departments, and local municipalities in an effort expand awareness and implementation of new and current governmental accounting issues and standards.

“It is an honor to have been asked by a committee comprised of your professional peers to be its chair and serve as its representative to the MSCPA and other external parties” stated Mr. Chad Clark, Partner.  "I believe very much in the mission of the committee and feel that it serves a vital role in maintaining a high level of compliance with accounting regulations and standards for governmental entities throughout the Commonwealth and provide open communication amongst CPAs of various firms in an effort to achieve consistent and quality financial statement reporting”.

Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs announces contract to provide interim treasurer/collector services

JANUARY 2, 2011 - Roselli, Clark and Associates CPAs (the firm) is pleased to announce that the Town of Middleton has contracted with the firm to perform interim treasurer/collector services as the Town searches for a new treasurer/collector.  Mr. Paul Gargano, the senior governmental manager in the firm, will be assigned as the firm’s representative performing these services.

Roselli, Clark & Associates CPAs joins the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center

February 15, 2011 – Roselli, Clark & Associates, CPAs (the Firm) is happy to announce that it has joined the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Governmental Audit Quality Center (GAQC).   As a member of the GAQC, the Firm benefits by gaining access to comprehensive and valuable resources and tools that will assist in further enhancing the quality of the Firm’s governmental audits.  The Center membership provides timely information on a variety of technical, legislative and regulatory subjects that can be applied to the Firm’s governmental audits to help ensure compliance with the appropriate standards and changes in regulations.  The Firm believes that membership in the Governmental Audit Quality Center will enable it to continue audit quality initiatives and demonstrates its continued commitment to deliver the highest quality governmental audit services possible to its clients.

 

About GAQC – The Center is a voluntary membership center for CPA firms that perform governmental audits, including all audits and attestation engagements performed under Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133 of federal, state, or local governments; not-for-profit organizations (NPO); and certain for-profit organizations that receive federal assistance.

January 17, 2011 – Roselli, Clark & Associates, CPAs (the Firm) is pleased to announce its membership with the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), as a Business Partner.  The Firm is committed to pursuing opportunities to enhance its accounting services to homeowner and condominium associations (one of its core industry specializations); accordingly, affiliation with CAI was a strategic move to further develop the Firm’s expertise in its continuing objective to provide a high level of service to its association clients.  The Firm will acquire valuable industry knowledge through CAI’s supported variety of education programs, professional designations, research, networking and referral opportunities, publications, advocacy efforts before legislative/regulatory bodies, and the courts.
